SONS & DAUGHTERS OF GOD

Romans 8:14 – for all those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

When a man is led by the Holy Spirit, he excels in his field of endeavor. It was the Holy Spirit in the life of Daniel that made him to excel. He went from a slave boy to become one of the three governors appointed by Dairus. It got to a point; Dairus began to consider making Daniel his deputy because he noticed this man had an excellent spirit- Daniel 6:3. Also when a man is led by the Holy Spirit, he makes unusual progress. In Acts 2:1-41, Peter who had never won a soul before in his life preached a sermon under the influence of the Holy Spirit and 3000 souls were saved. When a man is led by the Holy Spirit, a single effort brings about big results. In Luke 5:1-7, Jesus who was filled with the Holy Spirit entered the boat of Peter. He led him to launch into the deep and cast his nets. He did and caught so much that two boats began to sink. The Holy Spirit can also lead a man to give an offering that will cause an overflow of blessing. In Matthew 14:13-21, the boy who gave 5 loaves and 2 fish didn’t just decide to give that. He was lead by the Holy Spirit to do so; he gave and got back 12 baskets in returns. When the Holy Spirit leads a man to do something, the result is always mega. If He is leading you to do a thing or the other, if i were you i will rush to do it because i know there is something big waiting at the corner.
Asides from leading people to prosper and have breakthroughs, He also leads people to obey God and His words. Romans 8:14 say for all those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. When you see the cubs of a lion, they look like lions. When you see a lamb, it looks like sheep. A kid (baby goat) looks like a goat. He does not only look like a goat but he behaves like a goat. When you see a child of God, because they are been led by the Holy Spirit they prioritize a life of holiness. The Holy Spirit is holy and will never ask you to do things that are unholy. That is why we need to be wary of so called Christian brothers who wants their fiancee to get pregnant before marriage or so called sisters in the Lord who requests to test their fiance in the bedroom before going to the altar. The Holy Spirit does not lead people to fornicate or commit adultery. If people are requesting for sex before marriage from you, i can confidently tell you they are children of Satan! If someone is telling you He is attracted to the same sex or having sexual relationships with the same sex ,you should know that such an individual is far from been a child of God.1 Corinthians 6:9 say no sodomite will enter the kingdom of heaven. If something is moving you to take revenge or to hurt people, it is definitely not the Holy Spirit because Hebrew 12:14 says make peace with all men. When you hurt people or take revenge you are not making peace at all, you are only causing dissensions.

KEY POINT; The Holy Spirit does not lead people to disobey God.
